At CrossFit Huntersville, we’re excited to offer Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) training, which is designed to help golfers move better, feel stronger, and play longer. Through a full movement assessment and personalized training plan, we identify mobility or stability limitations that could be holding back your swing and power. Then, we build a custom fitness plan to improve your performance on the course and reduce your risk of injury. This isn’t golf swing coaching- it’s golf performance training, built around how your body moves.
The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of your swing could be related to what your body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for you. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above.
