About
As a perpetually active individual, I’ve always been drawn to sports, fitness, and the pursuit of improving on what I accomplished yesterday. Throughout my life, this has taken shape through organized sports, amateur powerlifting competitions, and now CrossFit training and coaching. The variety of fitness components developed through CrossFit has been an incredible outlet for my competitive drive and has elevated the other athletic pursuits in my life. I’m excited to continue growing within the community I’ve found at CrossFit Huntersville.
Passion & Motivation
Everyone has a unique motivation when it comes to their health and fitness—whether it’s reaching the CrossFit Games or being able to keep up with their grandkids for years to come. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support individuals in getting the most out of life, whatever that looks like for them.
