Working out with your squad is always more fun. Our group classes allow you to push yourself with the support of your peers. We keep classes under 20 athletes per class to allow for focused coaching to help develop you further as an athlete. Group class is the perfect way to spend an hour sweating and having fun! CrossFit experience is required. We offer first responder and military discount with valid ID, contact us directly for details.
Huntersville Heat is a high intensity, full body strength, and conditioning program designed to get you fit! Huntersville Heat takes the functional fitness, and variety of our CrossFit program and applies it, without the intimidation and complexity of barbell movements. Utilizing our dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio machines, and gymnastics equipment, Huntersville Heat gives you a well-rounded, safe and effective exercise routine taught by our highly qualified coaching staff.
